Forces Recruitment Services (FRS) specialises in placing ex-military candidates. Established in 2001, FRS is the first and largest commercial organisation of its type and has the momentum, awareness and experience in placing Ex-Forces personnel across a wide range of sectors from shop floor to board level. In fact, the ex Military community have many skill sets and commercial experience that potential employers did not appreciate.
We work in two different ways. The first is as a standard recruitment consultancy and through this method we charge a percentage of first year base salary (as per our terms and conditions). This works on a no win- no fee basis and we will handle the entire recruitment process, CV sifting etc for you. The second method is a highly cost effective range of advertising and resourcing packages (covered in our media pack). Indeed, our media packages will invariably be cheaper than undertaking you own advertising campaign and is a proactive medium rather than reactive (and, to date, has a 100% success rate). The method of engagement you choose, whether terms or package, will depend on the level of service you require.
